I witnessed yesterday Mercedes Schlapp, a hard Trumper, being interviewed by Chris Wallace on Fox News. The Trumper wanted the Democracy Prevails Shirt Furthermore, I will do this audience to believe that the lackluster showing at the preceding evening’s Trump rally was due to families being afraid to attend because of the BLM movement; that 92,800 Trumpers were too scared of “rioters” and “violent protesters” to show up. Brad Parscale and Trump and Team promised that 19,000 people would fill the BOK Center, and that another 80,000 people would stand around outside in an overflow area; that the crowd of adoring fans would be almost 100,000 and that more than 1,000,000 actually signed up for tickets. Listen, Mercedes, and Brad, and all the rest of y’all, nobody be excited no more to hear an old, fat trumped-up comedian try to razzle-dazzle ’em with outdated jokes. This old comic is past his sell-by date. Yes, unfortunately it can get crazier – MUCH crazier. Not only is Trump going to be telling the same lies a year later, tens of millions of his fans will be believing those same lies a year later, too.

Republicans online and in the media are stating they are considering voting democratic or third party(there is a libertarian running). This is actually a fun exercise, since it is rare that the President follows a scripted speech prepared by professionals. Some have suggested a barrier is immoral. Then why do wealthy politicians build walls, fences, and gates around their homes? They don’t build walls because they hate the people on the outside but because they love the people on the inside. Message: Walls are for the powerful, the wealthy and morally aware. They help keep out the riff-raff. If you don’t have a wall you are weak. “America’s heart broke the day after Christmas when a young police officer in California was savagely murdered in cold blood by an illegal alien, just came across the border. The life of an American hero was stolen by someone who had no right to be in our country. Day after day, precious lives are cut short by those who have violated our borders.” The victim’s family, friends and colleagues are surely heartbroken, but most of America is unmoved by daily murder tolls above 50 regardless of alien status. Subliminal message: Outrage is to be directed at savage aliens responsible for robbing precious Americans of their lives.
