I know of many people who are more masculine and wear binders, and don’t identify as trans. If you want to wear a binder, then I don’t care, and I think most trans people will agree with this. What we have a problem with is being a “transtrender” which is pretending to be trans because it’s cool. If you’re not binding for that reason though, then it’s fine. Of course, they can. Just because you don’t like your uniform, doesn’t make it illegal for the company to insist that you wear it.
