Water goes right through me. Peeing is taking over my life and I think it’s slowly killing me too. When I can’t constantly go to the bathroom, I end up not drinking very much water in order to cope. Lucky for me I learned what pills do to you young. There is no magic pill (I had to find out for myself, I couldn’t just listen to my mom). I will never fall for a magic pill ever again. Unless absolutely nessasary. I don’t even wear deodorant much anymore. To reduce cancer risk, especially breast cancer.

I fought between asking to go to the bathroom and putting attention on my self or having to raise my arm (god forbid) and going to the bathroom to calm down and try to dry myself. But when I did go to the bathroom I didn’t waste a second. I got the big stall and when I got in there I would go crazy flapping my arms trying to dry them, taking off my shirt and twirling it, flapping my arms with no shirt, sitting on the toilet with no shirt taking deep breathes and trying to dry my shirt etc. It helped somewhat until one day. I met eyes with this girl through the crack in the stall while performing such exercises and she looked at me like I was on drugs. I was absolutely terrified of what she thought or what she would do or might say to someone. I never did that again. And that’s the story of how sweating (and social anxiety)made me drop out of my highschool freshman year and move to a continuation school with only 15 kids (where I learned over time how to cope and now I am almost sweat and anxiety free).
